All the Ivy League needs to become relevant again is to diversify its OOC schedule.

I think this has zero to do with FCS football. From what I'm reading it will more effect D-1 hoops who get a number of hardship transfers every year.

If anything, it may help FCS and D-II schools. If a transfer can no longer get a hardship waiver to be immediately eligible at another FBS school, he may seek to go FCS or D-II instead.bonarae wrote:http://bleacherreport.com/articles/2401 ... e-football
