Given his history of poor speech, I don't think he meant that he didn't care about finding Osama. Being that we invaded his (OBL) space, made it difficult for him to train, raise money, committ acts of terror,etc... that Bush wasn't too concerend about OBL anymore. If you think, regardless of your political affiliation, that Bush's actions (and mistakes) made no difference in the US finding Osama then you should remove the blinders. I'm not a fan of George Bush, but he did start them off. Obama wouldn't have been in that position if it weren't for Bush.
