Accept the fact that your team got whipped up on and get over it already. When Towson got destroyed by the Wildcats I admitted up to it. I said, "Best team I have seen all year." I didn't go on and on about how of the 282 yards rushing we gave up 82 of it was on one run.

Where was I "bragging" about anything? Cluck U made an assertion that the Griz were gashed up the middle and I pointed out that simply wasn't true. This conversation had nothing to do with making excuses, bragging, or complaining about anything. Where did I say that getting run over outside is somehow better than getting run over inside? Cluck U was just in error where the facts were concerned & I corrected him.
As for the "smashmouth" thing: Villanova runs the spread option. Option offenses rely more on misdirection & agility than the typical smashmouth philosophy, which relies more on brute strength.
