I expect the state to file charges and for the case to be removed to federal court.
It will be interesting to see how all of the "all you have to do is comply with and/or not obstruct" law enforcement people respond if and when DHS attempts to obstruct the judicial process. Will they be consistent and insist that DHS comply with subpoenas, judicial rulings, etc. or will they be hypocrites and defend the obstruction?
How do the all you have to do is comply with and/or not obstruct" law enforcement people feel about trump regime attempts to obstruct the judicial process? Judges and their rulings deserve at least the same level of respect as ICE/CBP agents. But in recent weeks, that drumbeat of subtle alarm has metastasized into a full-blown clarion call by judges across the country, who are now openly castigating what they say are systematic legal and constitutional abuses by the administration.

“There has been an undeniable move by the Government in the past month to defy court orders or at least to stretch the legal process to the breaking point in an attempt to deny noncitizens their due process rights,” warned U.S. District Judge Michael Davis, a Minnesota-based Clinton appointee.
Will you be consistent and insist that DHS comply with subpoenas, judicial rulings, etc. or will you be hypocrites and defend the obstruction and blame "unhinged, extremist, activist" judges after disregarding allegations of ICE/CBP agents violating Constitutional rights, not following their own rules/training, etc?
Where is the indignation over DHS/DoJ interfering with/obstructing judicial proceedings and processes?
