Johnny, it isn't that simple. You need to ask yourself:
- What are the possible unintended consequences of bombing ISIS? Could it possibly make the US even more of the "Great Satan" to the Muslim world and help rally young ideologues to ISIS' and other terrorist groups' causes?
- What are the possible outcomes if we don't bomb them? Will the Iranian Shiites sit around and let them wipe out the Iraqi Shiites? If Iran steps in, what do Saudi Arabia and other Sunni nations do? Could this be the beginning of a Muslim civil war?
Foreign relations is complicated. They're playing 3 dimensional chess and you're looking at it like it's a checkerboard and recommending a move.
