I'm not su sure that's the best bug out vehicle. It has 6, oversized wheels and I'm sure shitty mpg. You and get Farr and are screwed if a tire pops. You have to plan for the worst. A large truck with standard size tires would be better...but it's your fantasy.

Depends on the shielding. Could fry many electronics permanently.
