Sorry to interrupt the do we like Bandl's tractor or not, but after being up by about 450 points today, with under 20 minutes to go, the Dow is only up about 10 points as it has dropped 300 or so points since 3:00

And finishes down over 200 for the day, an intraday 600+ point drop.

Not quite. Yesterday, market was down 205 and Monday was down 588. I guess if you are just comparing today to Monday then you are right but you can't just skip over yesterday. Also, still down more than 1,250 points over Monday August 17.

I asked my partner (no homo) why he has 8 tractors and I showed him your pic. He laughed and said that tractor wouldn't be possible out here because of all the ditches. Every acre or two is ditched because the Black Dirt Region used to be a swamp and will flood if not ditched every year. Thus, there's hardly enough room to even circle one of those things around, let alone driving one of those over a ditch (the mexicans regularly drive vans into the ditches and have to be towed out).
As for the 8 tractors, he says they aren't all necessary but it makes it easier for everything he has to do like ditching, plating, plowing, seeding, weeding, harvesting, combining, etc.
So to answer your question again....fuck if I know why he has so many tractors.

If it goes up, great. If it drops, I'll keep buying the same stocks for less. I'm not in my 20's, but my time horizon until I start needing to raid my retirement is still a ways off.
