It's like the thing with the young lady who reportedly hung herself in custody. It's a given that the cop is supposed to be a professional and not let someone being a smart ass get to him. But the woman was a smart ass. I'm guessing if she'd been polite she'd have ended up with a warning and gone on her way. Worst case she'd have gotten a ticket for failing to signal. But she had to be a smart ass and the situation escalated.

typical white male insecurity. Black people don't work. When did this happen? Tell me what city in the U.S.A, where the majority of black people who live in that city are unemployed?

While not half there are some cities with unreal unemployment numbers for blacks

With 25 percent of its African-American residents jobless, Chicago has the highest black unemployment rate among the nation’s five most populous cities. Chicago’s rate is higher than Philadelphia’s 19 percent, Los Angeles' 18 percent, Houston’s 15 percent and New York City’s 14 percent, based on 2013 U.S. Census figures.

I'm a firm believer in recognizing who has the hammer in that situation, but I'm guessing you didn't listen to the audio.

1) She wasn't being sarcastic, she was pissed off because he had come up on her at a high rate of speed, she felt the urge to get over quickly, and forgot to signal because of his actions.

2) Acting pissed off or even sarcastic gets you a ticket instead of a warning in that situation, but not yanked out of the car and taken to the ground.

3) He was clearly egging her on.

Following the discussion about this on Democratic Underground has been entertaining. When you're a liberal dem you aren't supposed to criticize black activists no matter how mercurial and unreasonable they get to be, lest you come off as white person that doesn't get it, or worst, a racist. Having Black Lives Matter focusing fire on the liberal democrat champion of congress leaves them not knowing what to think or say.

Will the blacklivesmatter folks shut down a Hillary event. This story says it won't happen

The original story doesn't say is Bernie apologized as he walked off stage
MSM Fails to Note that #SorosMoneyMatters Only Targeting Hillary Opponents
NewsBusters ^ | August 9, 2015 | P.J. Gladnick

Imagine if the Koch brothers had financed a group that was regularly disrupting and shutting down events of candidates that they opposed. Does anybody doubt that the Koch connection would come up in the first paragraph, if not the first sentence, of most news stories about such disruptions? Yet somehow, complete silence from the MSM on the connection of George Soros to #BlackLivesMatter even though he is the providing most of the finances to that organization. Also mysterious is how the MSM also fails to note that Hillary Clinton, whom Soros supports, has not had her events disrupted by #SorosMoneyMatters (also known as #BlackLivesMatter).

Two who were targeted by #SorosLivesMatters were Hillary opponents Martin O'Malley and Bernie Sanders. The latter had the misfortune of having not only his large Seattle speech on Saturday, with an estimated 12,000 in the audience, disrupted but also completely shut down. Here is a sad video of several #BlackLivesMatter payees shutting down that Seattle speech as poor Bernie comes off as a hapless Elmer Fudd, unable to stand up to the Soros payroll.

If you're in that situation and the police officer asks you to put on your cigarette, are you going to put out your cigarette or are you going to escalate the situation by responding as she did?

Be honest. And I know you know what I'm talking about. She for some reason felt compelled to be a smart ass.

That does not mean I think the police officer acted correctly. But it does mean that her behavior was a factor in the situation escalating.
