The NCAA has now released its criteria for "countable opponents" in scheduling and statistic-keeping.

Will this pressure the club football teams to move up to varsity status? For the already-varsity members, will the scheduling process be even more difficult?

All the Ivy League needs to become relevant again is to diversify its OOC schedule.

This mostly applies to the PFL and startup teams who routinely fill their schedules with "non-countable" opponents. But for most teams, the scheduling process will be even more difficult...

Why? Most people haven't heard of ANY of these banned schools. In fact, the only one I've heard of is VA U of Lynchburg. The listed criteria are met as a matter of course by every NCAA school I've ever seen produce a schedule.bonarae wrote:This mostly applies to the PFL and startup teams who routinely fill their schedules with "non-countable" opponents. SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.

Can the College of Faith and the University of Faith sue each other for trade name infringement?

If they both win that lawsuit would that mean that we're stuck in a world with no faith?Ivytalk wrote:Can the College of Faith and the University of Faith sue each other for trade name infringement?
