According to the autopsy on Gray, there is no evidence that Gray hit his head against anything on his own. His fatal neck and spinal injury was a kin to the type suffered in a car accident; it needed that amount of force and energy.

We don't know what happened.

At the very least - police were negligent for not buckling him in or checking on him. At worst, they didn't buckle him in intentionally so they could take him on a "rough ride."

It certainly seems like it would be difficult to crush your own voice box with your arms handcuffed.

But, the information coming out right now is being leaked by the police. The initial police take on the Charleston shooting was pretty fucking different than what ended up happening.

I'd hold off on making final conclusions. But, the way you refuse to call him anything but "nigra" or "negro" tells me that's not likely. :coffee:

Sorry about niggra. That's purposely inflammatory. I'll stick to negro from here on out. :thumb:

I may be wrong, but I think "niggra" is feminine and "negro" is bi-sexual.

The other prisoner's story is confusing. He says he heard Freddie making a little noise in the ride. And that the ride was quick and right to the station and it wasn't a rough ride. And that the officers were calling him Mr. Gray and asking if he was ok.
The van made stops. It wasn't a quick direct trip to the station.
Freddy climbed into the van himself, its on video.
WTF happened to him?

Not really outside the realm of possibility that the rough ride happened before the second prisoner was in the van. Clearly police have done rough rides before so it's certainly plausible they did so here. If they did, then those guys are rightfully going to do jail time, and not a small amount of it either.

And now see, plenty of cause to prosecute those cops on. They will be doing a fair amount of jail time.

A few things I find interesting:
Freddie had constant run in’s with the law and it seems like he was a low level drug dealer. His neighborhood (and society as a whole) will be better off with him gone. Having grown up in a gang and drug infested neighborhood I have no sympathy for shitbags like this.

Ironically people like Freddie are a direct reason why his neighborhood is a shithole. As crappy as the odds are stacked against those people in the poverty stricken neighborhoods, having people peddling drugs doesn’t help things. Kinda funny to see people rally around a guy like that…

…however that still doesn’t excuse what happened to him (getting his ass beat without assaulting/attacking a cop). There are times when criminals deserve an ass beating from the cops; making eye contact is not one of them.

I’m not buying that a busted spinal cord was self inflicted. That just defies common sense. at the people jumping on that narrative and actually thinking it’s plausible. That statement reeks of a police coverup. Oh, suddenly another guy in the back of the van says Freddie was doing that to himself? How convinient. Sorry, not buying it and I doubt others will as well.

If no charges are brought onto the cops that are identified as being responsible then things will get real interesting real quick in multiple cities. Baltimore is run by blacks, the media (and blacks) will be hard pressed to pull the race card and run with the “another black man wronged by a system run by whites” narrative like they did in Ferguson. Won’t matter though, shit will still get burned down.

So I guess Martin O'Malley will have to answer why he instituted zero tolerance policing while mayor of Baltimore which led to this. The kneegrows complained about 300 murders per year under O'Malley, so he did something, and now they riot about the results.

Donks. Gotta love 'em. They are just clueless at every level.

Sources said the medical examiner found Gray's catastrophic injury was caused when he slammed into the back of the police transport van, apparently breaking his neck; a head injury he sustained matches a bolt in the back of the van.

I posted that earlier, but the state's attorney has since ruled homicide this morning, so there is obviously more details implicating the police that have not been made public. And of course there is obvious pressure for this negro female to railroad these cops to keep the negroes placated.

Yeah, if the history of Baltimore PD has taught us anything... it's that cops are routinely arrested and prosecuted for crimes with flimsy evidence and no cause.

Driver faces the most serious charges. "Rough ride"?

His knife was legal - no reason that he should have been arrested in the first place.

What a fucking joke. :ohno:

So I take it you're not a big fan of O'Malley's zero tolerance policing? The glorious days of 300 murders per year is more to your liking?

smelly has no answers...only complaints about Republicans.

smelly...what have the Democrats done to improve Baltimore? Detroit? Chicago? Syria? Libya? Iraq? Chester, PA? Wilmington, DE?

What have the Democrats done to improve Education?

No answers...Dems have been in power and not a gawddamned thing has been done to improve any of those places. We are still bombing poor countries...we are still shItting away our country's education...poor areas are still poor (and with no solutions and no real leadership)...and some people are still blaming the rich.

O'Malley is going to get torpedo'ed with his crack down style. I read this interview earlier this week.

Simon says all this about him and then says he'd still vote for him. :?

From that article:
The drug war began it, certainly, but the stake through the heart of police procedure in Baltimore was Martin O’Malley. He destroyed police work in some real respects. Whatever was left of it when he took over the police department, if there were two bricks together that were the suggestion of an edifice that you could have called meaningful police work, he found a way to pull them apart.
