It's his opinion, and he's entitled to it. But, it just goes to show that you can't expect what someone will do just b/c they are conservative or liberal. I'm more liberal than conservative and i'd vote Paul over Clinton.

It's not worth standing in line to waste a vote on her. Nothing personal against you or her, it's just that Americans haven't gotten pissed off enough about a two party system yet for these independents and moderates to be taken seriously for much of anything above a handful of congressmen. I wish that wasn't the case, but sadly it's the US we live in at present.

You should take on the mantle of educating the masses about the benefits of not automatically pulling the left or right lever and using some thought in the voting booth on different issues. We might actually start seeing the US begin regaining some worldwide ground if we can get people to be more centrist and less divisive.

Of all the possibilities being discussed at this time Rand Paul is the one I'd most like to see become President. I don't think it'll happen. I think him ending up as President is very unlikely. But if I had my pick among those that are being talked about right now he'd be it.
