Climate Change causes...

Whoredom.

Congresswoman Claims Climate Change Will Turn Women Into Prostitutes
On Wednesday, California Democrat Barbara Lee proposed a resolution in the House of Representatives that claims women will eventually be forced into prostitution in order to obtain life-sustaining food and water for their families.

Lee introduced House Concurrent Resolution 29, warning that women will be forced into “transactional sex” to get enough food and clean water — all because global warming will create “conflict and instability” in the world.

“Women will disproportionately face harmful impacts from climate change,” Lee’s resolution reads. It continues claiming, “Food insecure women with limited socioeconomic resources may be vulnerable to situations such as sex work, transactional sex, and early marriage that put them at risk for HIV, STIs, unplanned pregnancy, and poor reproductive health.”

Lee’s document goes on to urge Congress to agree on the “disparate impacts of climate change on women,” and goes on to demand that Congress use “gender-sensitive frameworks in developing policies to address climate change.”
It's bad enough that she says it, but to actually craft a piece of legislation around it makes this woman a special kind of idiot.

Donks. :notworthy:

I read this this morning. At absolute worst, the temps increase 2^. Oceans rise a foot or two. is it really going to be a end of the world scenario? I'm more afraid of global cooling. Its going to change. whether or not we affect it. Either way it goes, I don't foresee my daughters out whoring themselves for food because of it.

Best thing that could happen to this country would be for sea levels to rise about 10'. Most of that shithole known as Florida would be gone, as would the cesspool known as the East coast and a good chunk of the Texas swampland they call the coast.

I'm doing everything in my power to make that happen.

It's regional conditioned.

California actually has a cabinet level department of "Climate Change". Everything that happens in the state has to be vetted by the Climate Change Schutzstaffel...EVERYTHING.

Every word, building, law...EVERYTHING!

This past year, several projects were provided legislative CEQA (CA's environmental protection act....aka the "Kill Bill"). The largest opponent to the waivers was the Department of Climate Change.

Here's why:
Planning and environmental control agencies exist NOT to protect the environment, but to extort infrastructure improvements and direct cash payments (fees) from developers under the guise of mitigating the impact from their proposed project. Problem is, CEQA limits the extortion to issues directly arising from the project, so, for example, the state cannot demand developers directly fund La Raza's "Vote Democrat" Arts Program, unless they can demonstrate the project detrimentally impacts the arts or Democrats.

In Rep. Lee's case, she is attempting to dubiously link prostitution to Climate Change, thereby allowing portions of the planned trillions which will be extorted from every business under the "carbon tax", to battle "human trafficking" (prostitution).
You see, in California, the government is run by homely, spinstered, bitter baby boomer women, and effeminate Democrats, who view prostitution as humanity's greatest scourge.

Really.

No...I MEAN REALLY!

Need a cop? Don't call 911 (you'll be put on hold), or go to the donut shop (Michelle's anti-obesity mission has forced most to close), no, simply drive to the closest red-light district where you'll find 80% of the patrol division drving back and forth, endlessly, attempting to catch a prostitute making money by spreading her legs or giving a blowjob.

The greatest scourge to humanity...Prostitution.

Problem is, most police and sheriffs recognize that it isn't.
Most departments operate with extremely constricted budgets and resist allocating resources to chasing prostitutes...

...hence, Rep. Barbara "BitterBabyBoomer" Lee's "Climate Change Be Doin' It" bill.

Get the money

How much of the East Coast would be gone with a 10' rise? I think Philadelphia is like 39' above sea level. Heck, I think a lot of New Jersey would still stay dry, we'd just lose a lot of the shore (and by lose I mean the shore would start inland much more than it is now).

Is 10' even being talked about? Its usually people shitting themselves over a couple of inches.

Barbara Lee is as dumb as Ted Cruz and Bobby Jindal and the resolution is an asinine waste of time.

But the premise is valid. IIRC the CIA and or Military planners have mentioned the possible impacts of poverty, displacement, and migration.
