Great job by Ron Roberts, hiring a young coach with experience as an NFL defensive coordinator (Rams 2012), and a bat phone call away from dad, who happens to be one of the brightest defensive minds in all of football. He'll get the keys to a deep and talented defense ... will be interesting to see how he puts his stamp on things.
