Idi Amin wasn't smart enough to kill as many people as his murderous peers. Perhaps kkklean can petition to get Black Africans into some sort of Affirmative Action Plan for maniacal leaders. The continent needs some sort of cleansing...especially those pesky Nigerians who can't seem to transfer their money around without asking for the help of hard working Americans.

BTW, on another line of thinking: The top two were at the tops of "officially" Atheist governments and they probably killed more people than 3 through 10 combined.

I think if you had to do a race thing you'd have to say the Asians have top spot. And that's not even counting Ghengis Khan. I'm kind of surprised he's not in that top 10 list.

The International Monetary Fund recently released the latest numbers for the world economy. And when you measure national economic output in “real” terms of goods and services, China will this year produce $17.6 trillion — compared with $17.4 trillion for the U.S.A.

As recently as 2000, we produced nearly three times as much as the Chinese.

To put the numbers slightly differently, China now accounts for 16.5% of the global economy when measured in real purchasing-power terms, compared with 16.3% for the U.S.
