The two guys who murdered Michael Donald were arrested, convicted, one was executed, and the other is doing life in prison (avoided execution by testifying against the other guy). And the Klan group the two guys belonged to got sued and lost in court to the tune of $7M wrongful death verdict. Seems to me that the murder was not "ok" as you said it was. Anything else?

Not an excuse, it's reality.

Perhaps there are many who run their own businesses and would NEVER hire a Black that they wouldn't otherwise hire because they are Black. But if it turns out that someone decides they're not sufficiently "diverse" as a result they're going to have trouble.

And, yes, there are all sorts of excuses made for Blacks in this country. It's a paradigm by which it is assumed that if everything were "fair" you wouldn't see Blacks committing more violent crime and committing it to an extent that can't reasonably be accounted for by socioeconomic status, you wouldn't see Blacks scoring lower on IQ and aptitude tests to an extent that can't be accounted for by socioeconomic status, etc.

Like for instance: You start off assuming that Blacks would score the same as the general population on IQ tests if everything were "fair." And if they don't score the same you conclude that the IQ tests aren't "fair" because they don't produce the results you assume would be the case if everything was "fair." The IQ tests aren't "fair" because they don't produce the results YOU would expect if they were fair under your pre conceived assumptions.

That sort of thing. There is not a SHRED of objectivity to the process. It's all the egalitarian dogma.

This is why I tell all of my friends to own your own company. I used go see shit that would drive me crazy, when I was Federal Probation Officer. I would see people get promoted who were lazy and did not know the basic Probation laws of the country. I would see hard working PO get passed over time and time again. This is when I said Fuck it, I'm going into business for myself. A lot of my friends and family though I was crazy for doing this. When you work for someone you are a slave. I will never be anyone's slave again.
