Perfect, but why are you increasing funding? You already have grants for this technology. Educate the agencies, let them know that the US Government has already conducted survey's and are currently conducting and updated survey of body worn cameras and let's get these out. Now, I know many will say that their privacy is being violated. However, I don't think that's a concern. Unless something happens, the data isn't kept.
