Don't forget the getting a national championship they shouldn't have gotten via a bad officials' spot on a 4th down play along with those chain shenanigans. So forever more people have to say Eastern Washington got a national title when the truth is Delaware got robbed.

Not that it should have come to that. Delaware had the better team by quite a margin and should never have screwed around enough to create a situation where bad performance on the part of the officials near the end of the game could make a difference.

Really?

We had multiple calls go against us that year in a ton of close regular season and post season games... many of which could have kept us out of the title. But they didn't. Champions overcome injuries and bad officiating.

I like everybody…even SHSU and Towson…who kept us out of the title game the last two years.

You'd be better off hating us for absolutely boat racing #2 McNeese at home in 2007.
