Regarding Net Neutrality. It's a shining example of all of this. The FCC chairman pushing for less regulation and greater control for the media corporations came directly through the revolving door from…the media industry. So buy the politicians and then you get to control the…speech.

Alarmist? It's already happening. :coffee: :ohno:

The story of Net Neutrality in this country is a sad sad tale
Its the story of financially BUYING CONTROL of a free market and level playing field
and using the federal government as the tool with which to gain control of that free market and thus tilting the playing field into the hands of ONE company

Q: Name something that offends Republicans?
A: The actual teachings of Jesus

All sarcasm aside
Obama was indeed complicit in the game
But it took a lot of BUYING of Senators and House Committee members along the way
YES: Agreed Obama's role was Significant in that he executed the final puzzle piece movement by appointing the Broadband Lobby's CEO as the FCC Chairman - in a move so steeped in "conflict of interest" it would make the Cheney Exxon Mobil Haliburton tactics look mild...

We are being PLAYED by our Federal Government people - every damned day
