$450 Million in Military grade weapons given away to Police departments in 2013 alone... free delivery

Why: Because if your state tried to get tax dollars for tanks and heavy weaponry it would get SHOT DOWN and nobody would get re-elected from that team... so this way works better /The Federal Government handles the financial dirty work hidden inside military contracts

There is always a way...
And I'm not suggesting that all the goodies being given to the Police are bad
but this is an underhanded way

Underhanded? It's common knowledge to anyone related to the LE community or defense logistics. You guys would bitch if we sold it to the highest bidder.
