Michael Brown-Robber, Justifiably Shot Assaulting Police

Post by travelinman67 »

While we wait for State Police to finish their investigation (NOT Holder's falsified cover up), lets look at a few facts CNN WON'T REPORT.

Michael Brown, 6'4"' 280lbs, IS NOT A TIMID TEDDYBEAR, but IS a ROBBER, who strong arms smaller store clerks and even takes the time to TURN BACK INTIMIDATE THE STORE CLERK, RATHER THAN FLEE...

Surveillance: Michael Brown suspected in 'strong-…: http://youtu.be/v7WIju-nAoQ" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Michael Brown did not lawfully comply during a detention, but rather attacked the officer, attempted to take the officer's firearm from him (assuredly solely to inspect it and ensure the officer had been properly maintaining his taxpayer provided equipment), then attempted to flee BEFORE AGAIN DOUBLING BACK TO ASSAULT THE OFFICER...(eyewitness account)

It's easier to troll by starting a new thread.

Besides, you won the other thread. Nice work. :thumb:

I started this thread SPECIFICALLY because the Trolls had infected the other threads....

...Brown was no angel. His actions forced the officer to use deadly force in self-defense.

What Holder, Sharpton, Black Panthers, MSM, and the usual race baiters are stirring up in Ferguson is unquestionably criminal. Jay Nixon isn't helping matters by trying to appease the provocateurs.

This is nothing more than black racists trying turn a thug's death into an alleged hate crime. Same old scam, different day.

Re Threads: The Troll race baiting in the other thread shows off the juvenile mentality of CS trolls.

The leftist MSM publishing the name, address and directions to the police officer's house...

...prior to completion of any investigation.

http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2014/08 ... ike-brown/

BTW, if it matters, Missouri has Peace Officer confidentiality laws, which makes publicly publishing an officer's personal information, against criminal law.

I'm sure MO A.G. and Holder will get right on it.

Oh, wait. I forgot. Due process doesn't doesn't apply to non-blacks.

Jump in any time Kleany.

The video of him committing the robbery ten minutes before he attacked the officer is linked in the first thread.

The audio of one of his friends who witnessed the incident inadvertently describing the incident, confirming the police officer's report of the incident is linked in the first post.

There are NUMEROUS confirmations that thug Brown was a Blood Gang member...here's a few snapshots of the alterboy...

http://patdollard.com/2014/08/meet-the- ... angbanger/

Dal, though the investigation hasn't completed, my suspicion is that Brown reacted to the officer's contact BELIEVING he was being contacted for the strong-arm robbery, which caused him to over-react and attack the officer.
The officer, BELIEVING the contact was a mere field interview for blocking traffic, panicked when attacked by a 6'4" 300lb young man trying to wrestle his gun away, BELIEVING his life to be in danger from a mentally deranged behemoth, ten-xed the kid...twice, at which point Brown charged at him and was shot four more times until he dropped.

Brown was out of control and provoked the violent confrontation. This has nothing to do with race.

Now now, you shouldn't automatically assume this boy was an angel. Wait for the investigation to conclude before choosing a side. I said a few days ago, and Tman states again here, Brown probably thought he was being targeted because he had allegedly committed a crime. When in reality, the police wanted him out of the road for his own safety. It's easy to survive a police stop: COMPLY.

And walking in the road isn't a smart idea.

Again, a body worn camera would set this straight. A body worn camera is practical and protects the officers. We'd know what really went down if they were filming.

I understand the fears. I get it. But in law enforcement, these days, cops need to justify everything from a speeding ticket to shooting a meth head that appeared dangerous.

Have had some time to look at social media and noticed one big issue.

The young man accompanying Brown, Dorian Johnson, has five separate interviews posted on YouTube, varying in duration from approximately three to thirteen minutes. In each, Dorian provides significant detail about the confrontation: Some, expectedly unbelievable, though much describes exact movement during the physical fight and shooting.
First, his timelines are unrealistic and don't match other eyewitnesses. Second, each of the five interviews either omits information included in other interviews, or provides different descriptions of the event. Third, his description doesn't match other eyewitnesse's descriptions.

Forensically, his description of the shooting is relatively easy to prove or disprove (which may explain why Holder has requested A THIRD pathologist review/redo the autopsy). Clearly, Dorian Johnson's testimony would be critical for Holder or pro-Brown prosecutors to make an unjustified shooting case. Less than a week after this incident, Johnson's proclivity to blab in the media, MAY HAVE PREEMPTED ANY POSSIBILITY FOR HOLDER TO SHIFT CULPABILITY TO THE OFFICER. DOJ can employ creative writing til the cows come home, but juries and appellate courts (as a rule) are bound by evidentiary law.

Bottomline: The autopsy will be crucial to proving the sequence, timing and actions of both Brown and the officer. The prosecution's biggest problem, however, is Dorian Johnson. It would be difficult to keep him from testifying, and save that miracle, Johnson's credibility and testimony would be eviscerated in court.

Now...playing this into the second half...

...when Holder comes home with yet another loss...

...what price does the Dems pay on election day?

Moral?

.
Johnson already admitted they had taken the "cigarellos", and they were recovered at the shooting scene...

...Michael Brown committed the robbery. The store video was authentic and accurate. Deal with your denial (not talking bout you Ibanez).

The background audio of a witness, which confirmed the officer's account of Brown attacking the officer, was also confirmed by other eyewitnesses, ergo, its authenticity is moot.

Maybe the CIA planned this to disrupt...

Family hires two celebrity forensic Drs. to do private autopsy...

NYT Article with Dr. Braden's remarks...

http://mobile.nytimes.com/2014/08/18/us ... ?referrer=

Note...all shots entered from the front.

Contradicts Dorian Johnson's statements that the officer shot him twice in the back [while Brown was running away].

Ooops!

Buh, buh, buh, buh, what I meant to say was....

Wonder if the black protesters will apologize to the officer if the facts confirm the shooting was justified?

Will Brown's parents apologize for making those defamatory public statements?

DOJ's Community Relations Service for coordinating the Black Panthers organized protests calling for the officer's death?
