I have a Frat Brother who is from that community, His mother knows the dead kids grandmother. This guy was a fruit since birth. But everyone who knew this guy, knows he was a good kid. In fact, he was not from that part of towm. He was visiting his grandmother before he went to college. I blame the city for this. You have a town that is 60% Black with no Black Law Enforcement officers. This was bound to happen. And the excuse that, no blacks have applied is bullshit.

How do you know that the Ferguson police are doing all of that? There are only fifty-three in the entire department. Most of the cops out there are Missouri State Police, St. Louis County Police and many from the surrounding suburbs. I understand that the MO State Police are running the show, since the riots are taking place in and well beyond Ferguson.

As for the Confederate Battle Flag, I'll be the first to say that it carries a lot of bad meanings, especially by those who used it after the Civil War, and that the use of it does need to be watched, but I think you've jumped past hyperbole when you compare it with the Swatzika. But I guess you meant to do that.

They should've called in for help and leadership a long time ago - they've let themselves become the story when they should've looked for support from the state right away. Gotta realize when the situation is bigger than you, and they didn't.
