That's nothing to be proud of. I can't wrap my head around the idea of blaming someone in 2014 for something that happened in 1820 or 1720! I don't blame white people for being cruel to the Irish. Chinese immigrants don't blame whites for the mistreatment of other Chinese in the 1800s.
