Honestly though...do you really think his wife was going to listen to him slurring obscenities at her? Literally slurring his words at her? She probably just laughed at him and then pushed his wheelchair into a wall.travelinman67 wrote:Be a man. Tell her no. Don't participate. If she loves him, she'll understand this was a mental health issue. She could have worked to improve mental health treatment rather than working against the Bill of Rights.

The guy gave more for his country than you ever will. He had every right to take the positions that he took. You and the idiots that think like you are ass holes for not understanding that.travelinman67 wrote:This.JohnStOnge wrote:He did succumb to that thing where he had something happen to him then came out of it feeling like he had to change the world in order to keep it from happening to somebody else. Or maybe it was his wife. One thing I always wondered about is if Brady was really completely cogent and vested in the Gun Control stuff or if it was his wife pulling the strings the whole time.
Women in particular are like that. They have someone close to them die or suffer serious harm and they feel like they have to make the death of or harm to their loved one have "meaning" by playing off the event to facilitate the establishment of new laws to make sure "no one else ever had to suffer this."
And the result is usually that liberty suffers.

But hey, you do a great job talking tough on an internet football website. Keep up the great work!
