Atheist. I've read all three major books now and no offense, but the Torah and New Testament read like they're written by barely literate desert people. The Quran is better from a literary sense, but it still rambles on like the others. Also, it makes little sense that God would impart His words to some random desert folks instead of the great civilizations that could have actually spread messages efficiently.

Makes you wonder why those great civilizations are no longer around. In all seriousness, I grew up in a very fundamentalist pentecostal church which left me with a very warped sense of God. But I never totally abandoned this deity, always holding out hope that He was there. I have found him in the Catholic church, which I know is not perfect at all, but it works for me. Be blessed!
