The guy was putting words in the Preacher's mouth. That should be obvious if you're really watching and listening.

Having said that, the Preacher did do that "follow the law" thing based on the "Give to Caesar what is Caesar's" thing to promote the idea that one should accept the law. Right. So German's should have willingly turned the Jews over to the Gestapo during the late 1930s because that was the law.

Having said THAT, however, we should secure the southern border. We should do whatever is necessary to stop the hemorrhage of illegal immigration there. If it takes building a fence build a fence. If it takes deploying the military deploy the military. Do what it takes.

Also, establish a policy of deporting anybody in the country illegally. Don't give me that crap about how we can't. When we identify one, deport it. We can't ever stop all murders but we do what we can to stop murder. We have no problem saying we're going to arrest people who do recreational drugs even though we know damn well it's not possible to arrest everybody who does recreational drugs. We say we're going to arrest prostitutes even though there's no way that's going to stop prostitution.

So stop this crap of saying we're not going to have a policy of deporting illegal aliens whenever we identify them because "we're can't deport 11 million people" or whatever million people. Don't give me that crap. If you catch someone in the country illegally deport them. In fact I'd personally be fine with it if they're just shot so we don't have to worry about them trying to get in again. Start killing them when they're found and maybe they won't be so anxious to try to get in.
