Hand a loaded weapon to a 5 year old who then murders his sister = No Crime was committed

The lion was a male that was killing cubs in the area to take over a pride of female lions and get them to go into heat again.

As far as the Lion - that is what they do. That is what they have ALWAYS done - when a new male takes over a pride, he kills all the cubs so he can pass on HIS genetic material.
