Very, very wrong
My wife the realtor sent me this article:
http://realtormag.realtor.org/daily-new ... e=RMODaily" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
What struck me about it is the idea that, in a country that was founded based on the idea of protecting Liberty, freedom of thought, etc., we actually have a law that possibly means that people cannot simply provide information on the demographics of an area to prospective home buyers.
I mean, that's really bad. It's one more clear indication that this country has completely lost touch with what it was supposed to be about.

Well, I believe that I must tell the truth
And say things as they really are
But if I told the truth and nothing but the truth
Could I ever be a star?

Meh. Burn a gallon of gas to see if you see broken down cars in the front yard, pink flamingos, gnomes, Montana flags, or bandl's crews working in the neighborhood.

Or creepy old white fuck scoping neighborhood kids with binoculars and a McNeese State golf towel clipped to his fishing pants, piles of fish guts and a "CAUTION - DEAF CONK PLAYING" sign on the lawn.CAA Flagship wrote:Meh. You know, when I lived on St. Simons Island in an upstairs condo back in the day I used to look out of my condo window at girls in bikinis by the swimming pool with a telescope. I called it my "troloscope" to refer to looking at trollop. That was cool.D1B wrote:Or creepy old white **** scoping neighborhood kids with binoculars and a McNeese State golf towel clipped to his fishing pants, piles of fish guts and a "CAUTION - DEAF CONK PLAYING" sign on the lawn.CAA Flagship wrote:Meh. But once we moved to a house I didn't have that opportunity anymore. No worries. I just rode my bike to the beach and gawked close up.

If Realtors and Lenders hadn't redlined and put restrictive covenants into deeds in the first place, you wouldn't be in this position.

It would be a developer that would put Covenants on a property not any Realtors or Lenders
Redlining is illegal
Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair or fucking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back. Al Swearengen

Young? Yes. But definitely at reproductive stage of development. Pretty much at peak reproductive stage I think.
