Last I heard was Hellfires were something like $55,000 each

Without looking it up, and assuming you are correct, I would say that the Hellfire would have to be the cheapest smart weapon ever developed by the US

if the 55K price tag is correct

I was thinking more up in the 300K-400K range

Quick google reveals anywhere from $55k to $106k/missile. THAT is an expensive way to kill the bad guys.
