Hillary leaving people guessing as to whether or not she will run, and allowing excitement to build over a potential bid...
That sets her up very nicely as a power broker for 2016 if she decides not to run-
Whomever is going to get the Dem nomination would have to bow to the altar or they would be toast. Personally, I would love to see an ideologue like Fauxcahontas Warren have to kowtow to Hill.
