First of all the government doesn't get to decide who is and who isn't in a militia.

Secondly they don't get to change the 2nd amendment from it's intended purpose which is to keep a government from doing what they are trying to do right now.

I am a militia, I am an unprofessional fighting force that can be called into action by the state, but I also have the right to decline said calling. I am a private non government force not directly supported or sanctioned by my government.

I shall not be infringed.

Why do you and others keep trying to act like army's and militias are equal and the same?

They are completely different.

The term and usage has been updated and times have changed. The role of the militia has evolved into the national guard. The national guard is still comprised of citizen soldiers but they are just better trained and more part of the standing armed forces than the minute men were in 1776.

You are half right, they don't have the authority to disarm citizens of the USA or change the second amendment because they don't like the law...ie gays

Would #2 be referring to state guards? I bet if a dozen armed guys walked around and identified themselves as a militia, they would be stopped. Not saying that's right but in our society, I bet it would happen.

Well, rights are not granted by the Constitution...they exist for all free men ( and women) and the Constitution simply lists (enumerates) them...

[The Congress shall have Power] To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;

(Clause 16 – The Militia)

[The Congress shall have Power] To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress;

I'd be willing to bet State Guards are considered unorganized militias and not a group of gun owners patrolling their hometown.
