ANOTHER Obamacare delay

Post by BDKJMU »

In a nutshell. Due to about 6 million so far being kicked off their plans that don't meet ObamaCare’s minimum coverage requirements, insurers can continue to offer these plans till.....wait for it......after the 2016 elections...

Same as the employer mandate. 1st delayed for a year till after the 14' midterm elections, now delayed 3 years till after the 16' elections....

Naw see if the repubs were smart they would spin this another way. Spin this as a win for wanting the thing eliminated to begin with. Then clamor about how this precedent sets into place continuous delays such that it never gets implemented to begin with, then run on the platform of never ending delays so that this never hits the books. This strategy is probably too complex for repubs to understand, but its worth a shot.
