You can't make this stuff up. Looks like Harry can only get 50% of his caucus to vote yes for this, so now they have to try to make it go away without looking completely inept. You really have to wonder how it is that the administration's key pivot- their primary issue to distract from Obamacare fell flat like this. I mean, the legislative relations office at the White House can't be as inexperienced and out of touch as this, could they?
