How is this guy charged with 1st degree murder? Seems like a pretty straight forward case - if the guy has any kind of representation he'll never serve one day in jail, nor should he.

If they would have shot the guy responsible for breaking it, it wouldnt have bothered me any, at least I paid them for the flag pole ($100) and the guy that broke it actually did pay me back at the last home game.

I just can't feel sorry for this person (and I've played plenty of pranks).

Trouble will try to find you anyway, but don't complain when something turns out badly when you were involved in something that disrespects someone (s' life, religion, sexuality, drug use, gender, home, beliefs, etc. , - whatever the key word is for so-called victims of oppression today).

If you decide to play a prank, be prepared for someone to go ballistic. Duh.

Is it right for someone to go ballistic over a "simple" prank? Maybe not, but don't go crying (or have your family go crying) when you make a decision to do something that devalues someone else. you've put yourself in a position to be a victim.
