I obviously don't know if it's just company hubris, but am told Boeing quality is better than Airbus. Good luck on those A380's and their wings that are cracking. We just had some battery issues, not structural.

On that subject...

It has to be the engineering because Alcoa developed the proprietary alloy for the wing panels in most of the planes for both companies, and there haven't been any problems with those to my knowledge.

Airbus also has that problem with new models having catastrophic issues like the Qantas A380 that pretty much had an engine blow up in midair.

Then Halfwit suddenly realizes that he spent his time trying and failing, with no real information or reason, to look smarter than another poster who simply posted the absurd reality that Seattle is celebrating the election of a Socialist to a soon to be divided and conquered city council position while the smarter Capitalists are again winning the war.

Life is good.

You revert to name calling..?
Not an impressive debate tactic unless you're 12 yrs old

Sad and desperate Cluckster

Face it - things are going to be just fine in Seattle
Regardless of Boeing and its battles
Regardless of one Socialist City Council person
Regardless of one openly flaming (and Joyful) Mayor who happens to be awesome

Somehow Seattle will make it through all the terrible Liberal Pitfalls that you so desperately claim will be the death of us all

:coffee:
I wouldn't worry about the name calling if I were you, Chizzy...HalfWit and I have an understanding. Actually, I understand, he just follows me around and tries to avoid drooling on the carpet.

If you don't think that Seattle's recent vote regarding voting districts isn't going to have a negative impact on how the city runs, you are mistaken. Divide and conquer. The rich have just drawn battle lines and built a moat around their castles.
These signatures have a 500 character limit?

What if I have more personalities than that?

They've figured out how to get rich investors behind their start-ups
Bullshit. Everyone knows liberals can't run a business and do nothing but sit around waiting for the next unemployment check. They only get off the couch to vote for Obama. They are NOT capitalists! :coffee:

(You forgot UPS and Boeing)
UPS is headquartered in Atlanta.
Boeing is headquartered in Chicago.

I don't think Boeing's headquarters brought very many jobs to Chicago. The jobs are in R&D and manufacturing and that is where the value and impact are for local economies. Having Boeing headquarters in Chicago gives it a nice jewel to add to it's tiara but there isn't a lot of substance or value when you get down to it.
Being wrong about a topic is called post partisanism - kalm

MAQA - putting the Q into qrazy qanon qult qonspiracy theories since 2015.

It will probably be difficult for MAQA yahoos to overcome the Qult programming but they should give being rational & reasonable a try.
