What's up with SELA?

Fourth and two with 23 seconds left in the first half, and they fail to call one of their two remaining time outs. The resulting rushed slant pass fell incomplete, and the ball turned over on downs with one second left. UNH gleefully took a knee to end the half and go into the locker room up 14-7.

If THAT is the way SELA manages the clock, there is NO way they deserve that seed.
