They didn't look this bad at NIU. I don't want to think the weather effected the game, but maybe it did. Regardless, Towson is a great team. Deserve the win. We were up early and got cocky.

They've got almost 500 yards of offense. Did the weather only affect the defense?

Really? EIU was up 14-0 6 minutes into the game. They've been outscored 48-18 since.

I think Towson's line was the biggest factor. I do believe the field conditions effected the passing game. WR get through routes slower and therefore the timing is off. Running in this weather is easier than passing for that reason. I am not blaming the weather. We did not play well and Towson did.

Converting on a couple 4th downs and having short 3rd downs to convert helped as well as Towson failing on a 4th down and giving up a big play on D.

Once Towson got rolling the D followed. If EWU wins, I will still root for EWU, but i think Towson wins a nail-biter.

I don't follow other teams closely and this is my first time seeing West play. Is he really a man among boys or is the EIU defense just not playing well?

As stated, again, Towson's line has been the difference. I still have not seen EIU play this undisiplined in regards to gaps and assignments.
