On Nov. 18, Samantha Scheibe called police to say that Zimmerman had pointed a shotgun at her and locked her out of her Apopka, Fla., home. Zimmerman was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, battery and criminal mischief.

He was released the next day on $9,000 bond and ordered to wear an electronic monitoring device, remain in the state of Florida, and refrain from possessing firearms. A prosecutor told the judge that Scheibe had told authorities she was in fear for her life and that Zimmerman had previously choked her. He was ordered to have no contact with Scheibe.

But according to CBS affiliate WKMG, a new motion in the case indicates that Scheibe has changed her mind, does not wish to file charges against Zimmerman, and wants the no-contact order lifted.
