It took less than 10 years to put a man on the moon (or come up with clever pictures that make it look like we did - amiright spandos?). We can adjust our lifestyles and transform our fleet of cars, busses, and trains to propane, natural gas, battery, hydrogen, etc. in a 20 year period.

Too be cliche, too many chefs were in the kitchen. Building a website is a cake walk for any company worth its salt. To CGIs defense, there were many bureaucratic changes and specs that made it very complex. Also, they weren't able to really start it until Spring 2013.

My point is that to people inside the MI complex, we see a different story. One by one little things are being cancelled and those "savings" are adding up. One by one projects are having to run at full speed with 50%-70% less funding. That goes to show how some projects were over inflated. It also shows how the government is starting to do a lot of the work themselves. Defense contractors who serve in financial and PM roles are constantly offered to switch to a government job because their contract will not be renewed. Less contractors equal more government personnel. It's getting lean in some places.

I recently purchased an iPhone 5 with new ios7 operating system. I'm still trying to figure out why I'm prompted to update to the new ios7 operating system. I keep on ignoring this.
