I hope not because I don't like to see people getting banned for their opinions but man he does have some depth to his stupid pool. If he wants to put it out there that there should be no accountability or responsibility due to the fact that these guys are football players then it is just refreshing to see that not one other former D1 player on this board including yourself has agreed with him. His sense of entitlement goes far beyond his abilities. I really do think that he has to be a board personality only and not a real person.

He had to punish them because he either wants to run a clean program and doesn't want the rats to take over the ship or was pressured to do it by others. We don't know why he did it and it doesn't matter all that much except that the fans would he the only reason that he had to do it if you are correct. Since you always cut on those of us that are "only" fans that has to be tough to admit that the program is beholden to the lesser people. FACT.

Couldn't agree with you more on the banning point. One thing about the quality insights/opinions though...some are quality, and some are not. You get very distracted as to what the topic of the conversation is sometimes and go on wild tangents. You also have pride in black culture and I think most of it is a great asset to all of us but when you take an large amount of pride in the negative things in thug style culture it makes me think that you may be someone else trying to reinforce negative stereotypes on the black culture. What i would do is suspend them, but on some slick sh*t I would then tell them to still train on their own. And after everyone has forgetten about this bs, I would let em back on the team in after summer. That way, I ve disciplined them and got my stars back on the squad.

How exactly have you disciplined them? They don't have to practice (unless they feel like it on their own) and they still get to play.

These guys weren't diciplined enough to avoid getting behind the wheel after drinking, I doubt if they are diciplined enough to practice hard on their own.

Unless they miss some regular season games, you haven't penalized them.
