I can see frustrated and unarmed and, on the part of the cops, possibly overzealous, but where are you getting innocent? The dumb cunt rammed a gate at the White House, ran over a Secret Service agent, took off in high speed pursuit to the Capital, got cornered briefly and refused to comply, nearly ran over several police to get out of that, had several shots fired at her, continued into another high speed pursuit, and finally rammed another checkpoint near the Capital before getting terminated. I think dumb is a suitable substitute for innocent. I think the fact the cops didn't make Swiss cheese of the car and kill the toddler proves they were methodical if anything.
