Last week about ½ on the JMU board picked SBU over Villanova. Villanova had lost a couple of weeks prior @ Fordham and SBU the week prior had lost @ Buffalo in 5OT.
-We later found out that VU’s loss @ Fordham wasn’t a bad one after Fordham also knocked off Temple
-The game was @ Villanova.
-VU was coming off of a bye.
-It was SBU’s 2nd straight game on the road, the week after a tough I-A loss.
And the result was a 35-6 VU whipping of SBU. Even if SBU had Coker, it still would have been a loss, but probably closer.

This week most on the JMU board picking Maine over UR. UR lost @ G-Webb and Maine last week played ranked Northeastern pretty tough on the road. Maine @ UR is set up similarly to SBU @ VU.
-We’ve now found out UR’s loss to G-Webb wasn’t a bad one, as G-Webb last week beat Wofford (who had knocked off GSU the week prior).
-The game is @ UR
-It will be Maine’s 2nd straight game on the road the week after a tough I-A loss.
That’s why I think UR takes this one by 1-2 TDs. I would be happy to be wrong on this and see the Canadians beat UR….
