None from today that I know of, but there are quite a few from fall camp and the first two games. Our starting right tackle and starting RB did not play in this game, and what looks to be our #1 receiver played, but looked to be really dinged up. There's a few other guys out with this or that to include some lost for the season. Like I said, this is a good time to have a bye week.

That game is of great interest to me because it will be the first one that gives us some real indication of where Sam Houston State is having only 11 starters back. Going into that game they will have played three very weak opponents (Houston Baptist, Texas Southern, Incarnate Word) and Texas A&M. They put up a lot of yards on Texas A&M but Texas A&M appears to have a really, really bad defense. Rice rushed for 306 yards on the Aggies at 6.0 yards per carry On the other hand Texas A&M's offense put up 628 yards on Alabama so one can't really tell much from it putting up 714 on Sam Houston State.

Eastern Washington will be the first "oil check" game for Sam Houston State.
