While I disagree with kalm's language, I agree with the sentiment. Technically, ANY D-I player (it could be any NCAA player PERIOD, but I'm not certain of that), but the powers that be will NEVER allow a FCS or lower player to walk away with it. The snub of His Airness proves that.

SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.
