Delaware is not better than any of the teams from, say, Samford on down?

I don't think Baylor is that good that they'd knock a top 10 team around like that.

My rule-of-thumb is FBS wins/losses don't count either way (sorry, girls) ...

ASU and GSSU are no longer FCS as they both have approximately 75 schollies this year.
