Got it, lets dumb all the laws down so people can stay out of jail.
You're right. We should spend money on the guy that buys weed and smokes at home instead of the dealer and distributors. You're right.
Exactly......because everyone knows you are doing nothing illegal until you are caught.

Why stop at pot? Seriously lets take all the money out of the illegal drug trade. Make everything legal, better yet if you really want to get rid of the drug problem, let the government run it, they can take it into the ground like the US post office or GM?

Tax all the drugs then they can spend all that money too.

It's actually shocking that in 2013
With Famous Conservative Talk Show hosts getting busted on Synthetic Heroin
and all we know about drug trafficking / and all we know about drug addiction
Gangs and drug running / the FAILED war on drugs

That marijuana is somehow, still a "hot point" for Conservatives...
I honestly do not get it

Treat it like alcohol on a state by state level
it's far less dangerous and could generate millions in revenue

I take offense to you using the word conservatives, republicans are the ones stuck on the hot point, and we both know republicans are not conservatives.

A lot of Darwin's fame is the fault are fundies who raise a stink over the whole issue. But he also has a fan club (see guys like Richard Dawkins) who seem to think he should be on the Mount Rushmore of science if there was one. It's why all hell breaks loose when anyone tries to get instruction on intelligent design in schools but hardly anyone cares about how sorry engineering and computer science education is in high schools. It's really ridiculous if you think about it.

He should have used the word constancy...which is not the same as quality.

How about people who spy on American citizens and harass their opponents via the IRS.

How about people who let their countrymen die overseas to a terrorist attack without authorizing help and then cover it up?
Those are excellent questions, which have nothing to do with this decision. :thumb:
And also questions that will NEVER be answered by this administration.

BTW, Portugal de-criminalized ALL drugs a decade ago and rates of use, addiction, drug related crime, etc all dropped significantly.

It's a health problem not a LE problem. Legalize it...all.

Yeah, kalmy, but it won't change here until the Conklodytic minority recognizes it's mostly a white problem. As long as it's perceived as a black thing, Conks are happy as clams to simply let them kill each other....on TV, something which trains subsequent generations of whites to not dig blacks.
