If it interferes with his job performance, than its an issue. If people don't vote for him because they think it will interfere than that's up to them.

Dishonesty and lack of integrity in ones personal life does not always translate into poor work performance. I'm sure everyone know a guy who is really good at his job and bangs his secretary on the side.
