I just learned that CCU has a BBQ Competition on the day of it's Spring Games. This is an official event through the South Carolina Barbecue Association. Pretty cool. Do any other FCS schools have similar events?

I went to it this year for the first time with some members of the 's and it was fun. Granted most of the BBQ is too spicy for me, but the stuff that I could tolerate was really good!

Too spicy? That's to weed out the Yankees and Mid-westerners.
