If Pat Buchanan has a grasp on the facts in the link to his editorial below, written after the conclussion of the evidence and before the verdict, it is reasonable to assume Trayvon Martin was the aggressor. We'll never know and this is a tragedy, but I agree with Buchanan that to convict Zimmerman based upon these facts would have been a travesty.

It is not important whether Martin looked as if he could have been Obama's son, but rather did he behave as Obama's son would have. I think not.
