Now back to the topic. This is a really fucked up deal and screw the Obama administration and any congressmen that voted for the Fisa Amendment Act. And just like before, companies like Google, Apple, Facebook etc. that are colluding with the government (aka fascism) are removed from any legal responsibility. The NSA now basically has a back door into all electronic communications including content of all of these companies with very little to no oversight.

The administration has now lost all credibility on this issue. Mr. Obama is proving the truism that the executive branch will use any power it is given and very likely abuse it.
