I'm curious, where do you draw the line? Is it okay to regulate enriched uranium or plutonium?

Well, of course, but powder is used by thousands of hunters to reload ammo. I reload shotgun shells for dove, turkey, and duck season, and for skeet. It's gotten so difficult to find regular sources of shells. They either limit you to a couple of boxes a day or are always out of supply. I don't want to have to worry about a background check every time I make an order.

I don't know, that's why I asked the question. But there is a huge difference between spitballs and explosive power. You do see that right?

j/k. Admittedly, I don't know exactly what the existing laws are regarding black powder; enriched uranium and plutonium; dynamite; or any other explosive materials are. Perhaps the line has already been drawn. I was just having a little fun asking alcohol induced questions to out favorite conspiracy nut on a Friday night. In other words, I went fishing for spanos, instead I caught a bike riding dentist and a marlin. I'm going to stuff the marlin with spitballs (if they are still legal) and mount it on my wall.

I'm pretty sure dynamite is pretty hard to come by, as well as uranium. And they should be of course. Powder is limited to 35 pounds per purchase, which is way more than enough for personal reloading use. You could probably build one hell of a bomb with that much powder, but unless you are a muslim extremist, why would you waste all that perfectly good powder on one shot?
